How it works
- Tell us about your dog – by form or WhatsApp: age, breed, what you need and your dates.
- We assess the case – and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
- You receive a clear proposal – with duration and price. Visits to the center are possible by appointment.
- Pick-up and drop-off – we can collect your dog at home; the cost depends on your district.

Where are you located?
In Cieneguilla, on the eastern edge of Lima. For security reasons we send the exact location when you book or arrange a visit.
Do you take all dogs?
We only take dogs (no other animals). Every dog is assessed individually first, including dogs that have bitten – please tell us openly so we can prepare. Neutering is not required.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
All legally required vaccinations up to date and active flea and tick protection. Deworming is recommended; the kennel cough vaccine is only required in certain seasons.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, credit card, Yape or Plin. Amounts up to S/1,000 are paid in full when booking; no deposit system. See our terms and conditions.
